The key element of every CRM is contact managing and gathering information about your contacts.
There are multiple ways to gather contact information:
Leads can contact you, through the CRM form link on the property details page
Leads can contact you through the general CRM form
Agents can enter information manually on the CRM Contacts page, Each form consists of 2 sections:
There are 3 ways to distribute leads generated from the CRM form inside the property details page:
Round Robin: You can use the Round Robin algorithm to distribute leads
Manage with the Lead Distribution Manager (A manager can be selected by the Admin)
Assign to Property Owner (registered agent)
When a contact is assigned to an agent, that agent can manage the contact details and requirements.
They can perform different actions within the system that include:
Editing contact details, requests, etc.
The agents are able to update the contact details, add information to the contacts and divide them into different groups.
Monitoring contact activity
If the contacts are registered users, each time they log into the website and visited properties or save a search,
these actions will be saved in the system and the owner of that contact will be able to view the actions.
This information provides necessary insight about the interests of the clients and helps the agent
close the deal with that specific client.
Managing contact events
CRM assist agents in managing professional events with their contacts and setting up email reminders for them.
